the item looks nice from an aesthetic point of view but the problem is its functionality….
As soon as it arrived, I tried to assemble it but the cable head doesn’t fit into the actuator seat. I open a dispute and am offered a return or partial refund. I accept a partial refund because I want to try to fix the piece. I disassemble the activator, the cable head is 4 mm while the actuator hole is 3.2 mm! I enlarge the hole and insert the cable head.
I mount it and find a second problem! the seatpost drops under my weight while pedaling!! I’ve tried everything but nothing works, it keeps going down….
I don’t know if I was unlucky with a defective product…

This time I bought a 150mm stroke, but it’s fine to use normally. If you’re going off-road, having 150mm makes it comfortable to ride! However, I feel like it slowly lowers while riding, but I think it’s probably just because the wires aren’t adjusted properly. It works fine without any issues and is super cool! Plus, it arrived in 4 days!
